Summer Opening Hours | 2026

Please take note of our summer opening hours.

From June 29 to July 31, all FSV library branches will operate on a summer schedule. In August, all FSV library branches will be completely closed.

But don’t worry—you won’t miss out on the chance to study on our campus. On days when the library is closed, the Night Study Room in Jinonice will be open all day, and from Monday through Friday, the Hollar Student Zone and the study room on Opletalova street will be open.

All books borrowed after June 1, 2026, will be automatically renewed until September 7, 2026. During the library’s closing days, readers may return books to the book return boxes or by mail to the Jinonice library address. Urgent loans can also be arranged during closing days by prior arrangement (email: knihovna@fsv.cuni.cz). We look forward to seeing you at the Jinonice Library every weekday in September from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We wish you a successful end to the semester and a peaceful summer break.
