    The Rector's Sports Day takes place on Tuesday 13 May. All library branches will be closed. The Jinonice Night Study Room will be open from 09:00 to 24:00. You can also use the library facilities in Opletalova Street for studying.

    Regular opening hours of the night study room are Monday to Thursday from 19:00 to 24:00, Friday from 17:00 to 24:00. On the weekend the study room is open from 09:00 to 24:00.

    • Opening hours from 4 October 2021

      From Monday 4 October 2021 we are extending the opening hours of our libraries. You can look forward to the new university library platform Alma. The opening hours of our libraries will be as follows:

      Do you want to learn how to use the new UKAŽ library system? Do you want to find out how to search for information effectively? The FSV UK Library has prepared workshops to introduce you to UKAŽ!

    • New UKAŽ and the Alma library platform

      The libraries of Charles University started operating in the new library platform Alma. It also includes a new form of the discovery service UKAŽ, which replaces and unifies the functions of the original library catalogue (CKIS), the SFX link server and the Ebsco Discovery Service.
